At The Paint Doctor, we believe in a partnership with our customer that yields a win-win for all. Our goal is to work with you to achieve your vision for the project, whether it’s a medical suite,  or an office building, or an airplane hanger. Our process is meticulous and repeatable, because reliability and consistency builds trust in our customers, and keeps them coming back.

The company was founded with the goal to make things better everywhere in the industry.  Our team strives to improve ourselves, our relationships, and the processes and standards within our company and the coatings industry.  By living our  values of making relationships, character, competency, consistency and Innovation of central importance, we work with intention to make a positive impact on this world and on the construction industry.

Business isn’t just about numbers, it isn’t just about paint colors and esoteric things like low VOC and electrostatic this and that. Business is life, and life is about relationships.

In life you get to decide what you want to be good at, and how much work you are willing to put into it. We take pride in hiring and training our team to be competent in all aspects of their job. It’s just good business practice.


It kind of doesn’t matter if you choose to work hard and be the best person you can be, if you only do it on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Part of being your best is doing it day after day.
